Bentley Holmes-Gull is a freelance interactive media developer, an educator, and the founder of Launchpad Studios. Throughout his career as Bentley has had the opportunity to work as the lead programmer for a variety of exciting projects, including games for PC, the web, and Facebook.
Most recently, Bentley worked on the game Grid Marauders with the Mousel Bros. Studio. This remarkable game for the classroom helps students to learn the practical applications of Algebra.
In addition to his freelance work, Bentley is in the process of starting Launchpad Studios , a new Studio in Chicago that focuses on developing games for mobile devices and the web. Launchpad Studios will have a focus on developing educational games.
Bentley also works as an educator for the Blue Ribbon award-winning St. Josaphat School in Chicago's Lincoln Park area. There he works to help students from Kindergarten to 8th grade develop their understanding of technology, and leads demonstrations of highly sought after 21st century skills. Before moving on to become a Teacher, Bentley worked with post production house Big Shoulders. There Bentley enjoyed working on a number of multimedia projects for various high-profile clients.
